1. Hot washing:

The hot washing will clean the flakes with additives in the hot water, can wash the flakes effectively to make the PET flakes pure.

2. Metal Separation:

A. Belt model magnetic separator

 It can automatically separate ferrous metal. Permanent magnetism 900Gs

B. Magnetic drum magnetic separator,

It can automatically separate ferrous metals, permanent magnet 300Gs

C. Eddy-current separator

 It can recycle the nonferrous metals.

3. Color separation

The color separation we choose high reputation in the mainland, if you have special requirement, we can offer you the imported one.
